Terms of Service

Leadstiq is a cloud-based CRM platform for real estate professionals. It provides lead management, WhatsApp inbox, AI-powered scoring and reply suggestions, site visit scheduling, and pipeline analytics.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Leadstiq.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not use the platform to send spam, harass users, or violate applicable laws.
• You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy when using the inbox feature.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Leadstiq — including leads, contacts, properties, and messages. We do not claim any rights over your data.

You grant Leadstiq a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@leadstiq.com within 14 days.

Leadstiq is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
